Every number here is a dated observation of a public USDA survey: on this day, this survey said this. We compute percentiles from it; we don't claim anything about any individual lease.

When something looks wrong

1. Tell us which county/year/figure looks off.
2. We re-check the source survey directly.
3. If we misread it, the number is corrected and the record says so.
